Welcome to website of Artur Zoller.
Since more than 30 years he has worked and works as artist-painter initially and later also dedicating himself to photography. After having finished his Masters at University in Philology and having studied History of Art in Amsterdam and Rome, he decided to dedicate himself to Art itself.
At The State Academy of Arts in the city of Amsterdam he studied for more than 4 years. He created artworks and still does in different locations like Portugal Italy France Netherlands and Far East.
The first period of his artistic life The Sky was the limit and hundreds of Sunsets found their way all over. He decided to change orientation by focusing on more abstract paintings and especially pastels which he exposed in several places.
Nowadays Artur Zoller spends half a year in Europe, half a year in Far East to create work after work. Both continents are so deeply alternate.
" I can see myself and my works from different perspectives. So I create works which show the contrasts between the different cultures and of course the different colours and lights. I like the contrasts myself and the different lifestyles not to judge them but to understand them better and consequently also myself."
Artur Zoller participated in different exhibitions and had his own shows in Netherlands, Italy, Portugal, Japan and his works are in private collections all over the world.
